Delivery: Orders are processed in order of receipt and are shipped out within 7-10 business days. However, in some cases, it may take up to 2 weeks. Our collars are our most popular products and all are handmade and made to order, so processing time can be longer. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. Please only contact us if you have not received your tracking information after 2 weeks from your order date.
Returns: Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Customized items are not eligible for return.
