You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. Please only contact us if you have not received your tracking information after 2 weeks from your order date.
Returns for Customized Products: Customized items are not eligible for return. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if there's any issue, please contact us immediately, and follow the guidelines in our return policy.

Returns for Non-Customized Products: Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
